2. Creator Content
You are responsible for your streams, chat moderation, titles, thumbnails, overlays, graphics, music, sponsorships and all creator-controlled channel material.
3. Monetisation
Creator monetisation may include subscriptions, digital benefits, promotions or future revenue tools. Eligibility, payout timing, fees, reserves and fraud checks may apply.
4. Taxes
You are responsible for taxes, accounting, filings and declarations relating to creator income. Overlays.me may request tax information before payouts.
5. Music and Copyright
You must have appropriate rights for music, video, images, games, software and other third-party content used in streams or overlays.
6. Sponsorships
Sponsored content must be clearly disclosed. Creators must not promote scams, illegal products, unsafe products or prohibited services.
7. Suspension
Creator tools, subscriptions and payouts may be suspended or withheld for fraud, chargebacks, copyright issues, policy violations, sanctions or legal obligations.
